Usha Vance, the wife of Ohio Republican Senate candidate JD Vance, is an Indian-American lawyer and political activist. She is a graduate of Yale Law School and has worked as a clerk for Chief Justice John G. Roberts of the Supreme Court.

Usha Vance was born in San Diego, California, to Indian immigrants. She graduated from Yale College with a degree in political science in 2003 and from Yale Law School in 2006. After graduating from law school, she clerked for Judge J. Harvie Wilkinson III of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and then for Chief Justice Roberts.

Usha Vance is a partner at the law firm Kirkland & Ellis LLP. She is also a member of the board of directors of the Republican National Committee's Asian Pacific American Advisory Council.
