Understanding the Components

The Intellitec water pump controller wiring diagram consists of several key parts: *

Power supply: Provides 12-volt power to the controller.

Pump terminal: Connects to the positive terminal of the water pump.

Ground terminal: Connects to the negative terminal of the water pump.

Control switch: Activates the water pump when turned on.

Pressure switch (optional): Monitors water pressure and turns off the pump when pressure is adequate.

Wiring Procedure

Step 1: Connect Power Supply

Connect the positive terminal of the power supply to the "Pos" terminal on the controller.

Step 2: Connect Pump

Connect the positive terminal of the pump to the "Pump" terminal on the controller.

Step 3: Connect Ground

Connect the negative terminal of the power supply and the negative terminal of the pump to the "Ground" terminal on the controller.

Step 4: Connect Control Switch

Connect one terminal of the control switch to the "Ctrl" terminal on the controller. Connect the other terminal to ground.

Step 5: Connect Pressure Switch (Optional)

If using a pressure switch, connect its terminals to the "Pressure Switch" terminals on the controller.

Troubleshooting

* Pump does not run: Check power supply, connections, and control switch. * Pump runs constantly: Check pressure switch (if installed) and water pressure. * Pump runs intermittently: Check connections and wiring for loose or damaged wires.
